Router Jig

My Marine Corps Experience

Sorry, this stuff is just not ready yet.
I created a router jig for making the finger joints you see in some of my boxes. It is super easy to use, and works flawlessly.  It will handle panels up to 27 inches wide.  It isn't fancy, and it only makes joints one way, but it makes perfect, tight finger joints.  If you've used a tablesaw, you know how tricky setup can be.  This takes all the hassle and effort out of it.

I was trying to make a jig that was less expensive than the other ones out there, but that didn't work out.  This jig costs $200, but it is extremely easy to use, and works every time.  It is about as simple and foolproof as it gets.
